The following conditions must be met to claim and withdraw the welcome bonus:

• The total of bonus and deposit must be wagered at least 10 times (10x).

General Bonus Policy

• Bets will be settled based on the official result announcement.
• Separate rules apply in cases involving a Super Over, tied match, or application of the Duckworth-Lewis method.

VIP Tiers and Benefits

The jelevo VIP program has a total of 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Members advance to higher tiers based on their active play history and contribution to the platform. The final decision on tier placement and cashback issuance rests with jelevo.

Unauthorized and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jelevo platform:

• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.
• Manipulation or collusive fraud against other members.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

These terms have been drawn up in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final and authoritative. These terms represent the entire agreement between the member and jelevo and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.
